Since I posted this on February 8, I was told by a lawyer that they were committing consumer fraud, and that I shouldn’t have any further loss from the fact that they won’t cover the manufacture defect. DO NOT trust this company or expect quality. This was over 2,000 dollars, and I am not going to be given what was promised according to their paperwork. Even after a tech was sent and reported that it was caused by a manufacturing defect. I reported the issue, neither the warranty I purchased from Direct Buy and the promise that Z Gallerie is being honored. With covid and life I noticed fibers coming out everywhere all over a dark blue couch. I was sold a five year warranty from an employee with Z that provided Z Gallerie pamphlets, emails, and calls that stated that it had five coverage, and included that they would be responsible for covering lemons. I purchased a couch in late 2020, which didn't arrive until summer 2021. These stores all honor their sales prices and the customer comes first.

My personal experience and personal recommendation to all customers is to shop at Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Target or even WallMart. Who doesn't honor a sales price? By the way, how does something go on sale when it's not even available? Bad business practices. I will never do business with a company that will not honor a sales price along with accurate and honest delivery information. I have requested a cancellation and refund as of today April 8,2023 after waiting so long. When contacting Z Gallery customer service/escalation department, the highest department in your company I am told, your escalation representative let me know via email they will not honor the sales price. This item is now on sale and I still have not received delivery as of yet. My order was to take 3months which was delayed to 4 months, then 5 months and now 6 months and should be available on April 3rd 2023. I placed my order for a dresser October 13,2022. I am beyond frustrated with the Z Gallery company. Even with a great customer service rep, the online shopping experience can be a nightmare I decided to just forget the whole return process and made the decision to never order anything again from the ZGallerie website-it is not worth the aggravation.

I sent a picture of the damage to Karla, but the only answer was to go though the process again of packaging up the return, muscling it into Walgreens and waiting another month hoping that the 3rd set was not damaged.

I loved this set of mirrored tables and had the perfect places for both the large and the small tables. When it arrived, again the smaller table had a chunk of the mirrored side missing. However, I did this and waited a month for the replacement. I needed to package up the tables and return via FedEx, which is somewhat difficult as it was a large box and awkward to get into the Walgreens which is the drop off site. I contacted customer service again a began working with Karla-she is extremely helpful and prompt in her replies and seemed to genuinely care about my experience. The first order cam and the little table was missing a piece of the mirrored side. The third order was a set of 2 nesting mirrored tables. I contacted customer service, they contacted the manufacturer who told me not to bother returning the broken mirror and promptly sent a new one that arrived undamaged. The second order was a mirror that arrived shattered. The first order was received and was exactly as the website described and was delivered without a problem. I love the store and the items they feature on their website are beautiful. I have placed about 3 orders through ZGallerie's website. Great Service, Poor Merchandise and Manufacturers
